Marshall Henderson is a star basketball player for the University of Mississippi and known as something of a ruffian among college basketball fans. He taunts student sections, loves to talk smack and in high school apparently tried to use counterfeit bills to buy more than two ounces of marijuana.
But the guy sure knows how to celebrate March Madness.
Henderson scored 21 points on Sunday to lead Ole Miss to an SEC Tournament title and automatic spot in the NCAA's "Big Dance." Then, later that night, he really got going, according to a social media trail of celebratory raging.
First, he apparently won 10 straight games of beer pong, then boasted about the achievement to his 25,000 Twitter followers:
jst had to say .... 10 IN A ROW IN PONG!! WHO WANTS TO SEE US?!?!— marshall henderson (@NativeFlash22) March 18, 2013
Then he shared some lyrics to the B.o.B. song (dare we say anthem?) "Still In This B*tch."
"im in my zone, im feelin it ... stop blowin my buzz, QUIT KILLIN IT!! THEY TRIED TO SHUT US DOWN BUT WE STILL IN THIS BITCH!!!"— marshall henderson (@NativeFlash22) March 18, 2013
Another Sunday night tweet and photo from Ole Miss football star Denzel Nkemdiche shed some more light on Henderson's status. He's in the middle:
Me my brothers ! Marshall done won him an SEC championship ! Haha I love it ... #OleMissSports @chiefbrown18 twitter.com/denzelnkemdich…— Denzel Nkemdiche (@denzelnkemdiche) March 18, 2013
Henderson looks slightly inebriated there, no? But he is, rest assured, still in this b*tch -- and March Madness is better for it.
