Looks like there are no hard feelings between Google and Marissa Mayer, who left the company after 13 years to lead Yahoo as its new CEO Tuesday. On her first day, she posted this cheerful Instagram of her office stuffed full of giant balloon bouquets. Each is topped with a purple balloon, ostensibly to celebrate Yahoo (its main corporate color is purple).

After two quiet weeks on Twitter, Mayer has gone on a Twitter binge, tweeting about how thrilled she is to take on the role of CEO and thanking Twitter founder Jack Dorsey for his words of congratulations.
Not to be outdone by Google, Yahoo quickly sent Mayer a layette set. Mayer announced her pregnancy hours after the world learned she'd be Yahoo's new CEO.
And a fun Yahoo layette set from the Yahoo! Communications group.Note the purple rubber duck :). Thanks gu instagr.am/p/NM-2ojkMKb/— marissamayer (@marissamayer) July 18, 2012
Mayer also seems to have discovered Yahoo search for the first time, praising its intelligence. We'll let her find out on her own that she's really singing the praises of Microsoft Bing search engine.
Love that on a Yahoo search for Skype you get a big "Download" button #exactlywhatyouwant search.yahoo.com/search?ei=UTF-…— marissamayer (@marissamayer) July 18, 2012
