Mashable is hosting a private screening of Ctrl+Alt+Compete, the brand new Microsoft documentary at The Mashable SXSWi House on Sunday, March 11 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Buffalo Billiards. Ctrl+Alt+Compete takes a revealing look at the startup and emerging business scene through the eyes of five founders and their teams and tells a story of the passion, fortitude and insanity that is bringing a startup to life.
Following the screening, several tech leaders and entrepreneurs will join Mashable and our guests for a conversation on the documentary and the state of startups. They include:
Adam Ostrow, Executive Editor and Senior Vice President of Content, Mashable
Daryll McDade, Platform Strategy and Evangelism, Microsoft and Executive Producer of Ctrl+Alt+Compete
Tim O'Reilly, Founder and CEO, O'Reilly Media
Marci Harris, CEO, Popvox
Mike Maples Jr., Co-founder, Floodgate Fund
Mark Gilbreath, Founder and CEO, LiquidSpace
The screening is currently sold out, but good news -- we're giving SXSWi attendees the chance to attend this exclusive event by entering a fun photo contest!
We'll be handing out Mashable stickers throughout SXSWi. To win passes to the exclusive screening of Ctrl+Alt+Compete, tweet a creative photo of yourself with the Mashable sticker, and include the hashtag #MashSXSW. The contest will run from Friday, March 9 at 10:00 a.m. - Saturday, March 10 3:00 p.m. Photos will be judged on creativity.
