Social shopping site ThisNext has raised another $5 million in its second round of funding, with previous investors Anthem Venture Partners and Clearstone Ventures Partners participating. With an undisclosed amount of venture debt funding as well as a $2.5 million series A round of funding back in 2006, ThisNext has raised more than $7.5 million, according to PE Hub.
The venture debt funding was in fact achieved with the hopes of boosting thisNext's valuation in going into its Series B round of funding, so it looks like the company achieved its goals towards that end.
