The first annual Mashies awards honored the best and brightest in the fields of digital marketing, advertising and communications. The hottest brands, leaders in digital and top interactive agencies came together to celebrate the impressive work of their peers.
We mixed and mingled, were entertained by the comedic stylings of Godfrey and, most importantly, highlighted the inspiring work of The Mashies winners during the memorable night at New York's Altman Building on Thursday.
The evening kicked off with a VIP cocktail hour, livened by the music of Mashable's VP of design, Chris Phillips. During the award show, we enjoyed a delicious dinner as animated videos highlighted the winners, and the finalists were revealed in charming stop-motion animations. In true Mashable style, the winners gave Instagram video acceptance speeches.
