All-day breakfast may be coming to McDonald's on Tuesday but, unfortunately, you won't be granted access to the full menu.

According to McDonald's, the company will be offering "a limited menu that focuses on either McMuffin or biscuit items." Which means that your local store may be team Biscuit or team McMuffin, guaranteeing disappointment.

Tragically, judging by this handy map released by McDonald's, the majority of the United States will be offering a McMuffin-based menu, aside from a number of states in the south. The map warns that this is just a general breakdown, so check with your local restaurant before you freak out.

McDonald's also said that the choice to go with the McMuffin or the biscuit was decided at the local level based on customer preference.

But the worst part of the limited all-day menu is that the McGriddle will not be available and hash brown will not be offered at some stores because fries are cooked in the same fryers as the hash browns. McDonald's called it a "restaurant configuration issue," according to BuzzFeed.

The following advertisements for McDonald's all day breakfast show some of its offerings, neither of which include the McGriddle.
