Living in Regina George's house from Mean Girls would be so fetch, and it can be yours if you have $14.8 million to spend on a mansion in Toronto.

The modest 20,000 square foot property, which was recently listed by Sotheby's, includes 11 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a pool, tennis courts and lots of fancy marble fit for a Spring Fling Queen.

The master bedroom is described as "an oasis of solitude with a private sitting room and fireplace with all views overlooking the gardens" -- perfect for a determined teenage girl to bully her parents into giving up.

Domestic goddess Martha Stewart also once filmed a cooking show in the kitchen, according to Post City Toronto, so the home clearly has an important legacy of housing Queen Bees.
