What's it like to experience Day 1 of New York's first ever fashion week for dudes?
Pretty awesome.
We got an inside view into New York Fashion Week: Men's on Tuesday — by shooting with a drone of course. Aerial photography site Da Drone Boyz hovered over the chic, exciting event.

The early morning started with a sartorial explosion thanks to Thom Browne, arguably one of the most prolific high fashion designers in America. His presentation, housed inside a tiny mirrored box, had 28 models sporting classically tailored suits with Browne's signature ankle-grazing trousers.
After the show, we jetted off to Skylight Studios, the week's home for most of the runway shows and presentations. We went backstage at designer Timo Weiland's presentation.

While the room packed full, we jetted off to Public School's presentation where we were greeted by a motley crew of misfits who stood toe-to-toe in a police lineup. It was a diverse show, for sure, which included various ethnicities, ages and personalities, including NYC's "It" dudes: Nick Wooster and Waris Ahluwalia. They wore elongated baseball jackets, sporty overcoats -- a perfect melange between luxury and street savvy clothing.
After a morning coffee and a quick bite to eat, we took a breather at the center of it all, a meeting space where all of fashion week's sponsors: Shinola, Cadillac, Amazon, among others, had sitting areas.
Three minutes later, we were off again to the next show -- fashion never sleeps!
