Flying in style for most people means an upgrade to first class. But for the super rich, flying in style means plush white leather seats, where the term "leg room" has lost its meaning.

In a collaboration between luxury car company Mercedes-Benz and airline Lufthansa Technik, the two German companies created an ultra sleek luxury airplane cabin design concept.

“Our goal is to offer a highly discerning global clientele a standard of interior design that leaves nothing to be desired,” said Walter Heerdt, Senior Vice President VIP and Executive Jet Solutions for Lufthansa. “Whether for private or business use, our modular completion concept perfectly fits every purpose.”

The concept was rolled out at the 2015 European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva this week, in order to gauge the market's reaction to the high-end craft.

Although much of the design is still a concept, fans of Mercedes' S-Class will see some familiar features, such as windows concealed by black panels, and screens that appear to float in front of windows.

Additionally, Mercedes-Benz Magic Sky technology allows the panels to be dimmed from black to transparent.
