Seemingly tired of mundane ice-cream cakes in the shape of a cake, Australian frozen treat dealers Gelato Messina have created something utterly out of this world.

It's called the Michael Baulblé, and if you hadn't figured, it's a freaking giant Christmas bauble that's also a gelato cake -- named after yours truly.

The luscious interior is constructed with a burnt butter and gingerbread gelato, pear mousse and fruit mince florentine. While on the exterior, feast on a chocolate dome decorated with gold powder. Awaiting on the side to be poured, a vanilla brandy custard is ready to nestle beneath the insanity.

The cake serves 16, so it may take time for everyone to collect their jaws off the floor. It's available for order at for the sum of A$90 (US$65) at some Gelato Messina stores around Australia for Christmas.
