Alarm:Clock has an interesting bit of news today: Dell will be buying Adam Dell's (Michael Dell's brother) company, MessageOne, for 155 million dollars in cash. Not knowing all that much about MessageOne, except that it offers a number of email-related services, such as email archiving, as well as preventing email downtime and spam, I can't say that this deal is good or bad for them, but 155 million sure is a hefty sum for a relatively unknown service.
