LOS ANGELES -- As if Birdman weren't Hollywood-meta enough with Michael Keaton playing a washed-up former star of a superhero film franchise, he's now itching to kick Edward Norton's renowned but difficult stage-actor character off his play. (Norton, a two-time Oscar nominee and one of the finest actors working today, is known to be difficult and demanding -- which is why Mark Ruffalo is now playing the Hulk in the Marvel cinematic universe.)
Take a look in this clip shared exclusively with Mashable, above.
Birdman (or The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) opens in limited release this weekend and is already considered a lock for several Oscar nominations, including best picture and multiple acting nods.
You really only need to watch Keaton and Zach Galifianakis in this clip to see why.
