Microsoft Confirms Yammer Acquisition
Microsoft has confirmed it has acquired B2B social network Yammer. Yammer will join the Microsoft Office Division, alongside Microsoft's other cloud products such as Office 365, but it will also continue to develop its standalone product.

Facebook Names Sheryl Sandberg to Its Board of Directors
Facebook's COO Sheryl Sandberg has joined the company's board of directors Monday, making her the company’s first-ever female board member.
She will join existing members including Facebook co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Netflix chairman and CEO Reed Hastings.
