Microsoft quickly responded with a blog post of their own, pointing out that MSN Juku is being developed by a third-party vendor and claiming the issue is being looked into. "Earlier today, questions arose over a feature developed by a third-party vendor for our MSN China joint venture. We are working with our MSN China joint venture to investigate the situation," the blog post said. Additionally, Microsoft has taken the service down until the matter is cleared.
