While the topic "Miley Hemsworth" sat comfortably atop Twitter's top 10 trends, "Selena Bieber" sneaked its way into the list. That topic combines the names of pop stars Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber, who are dating but have not announced they're engaged.

That tweet from Cyrus has been retweeted 18,870 times as of 10:50 a.m. ET on Wednesday. Cyrus, who is 19 and has been dating 22-year-old Hemsworth for three years, told People magazine that her fiancé proposed to her with a 3.5-carat diamond ring on May 31.
