Remember those amazing giant Millennium Falcon toys? The ones you'd fly around the room for a while before putting away on a distant shelf to gather dust?
Well, some folks didn't put them away. For a few years now, stories have been circulating about musicians making one-off Millennium Falcon guitars.
And now you can buy your own on Etsy. A custom guitar maker in Coventry in the UK will turn Falcons into Stratocaster-style guitars.
Doni Latchford from Doni Custom Guitars takes a copy of the toy ranging from 1979 to 2004 and mashes it together with the strings and fretboard of a guitar, adding blue LEDs to create the full Star Wars experience.
This is the Han Solo, which costs around $700 plus postage.
"This guitar produces a wonderful tone," says Latchford. "with a half decent amp, you could amaze everyone by conquering all manner of riffs in less than 12 parsecs."
For those looking for deeper tones, this is the Rebel Bass.
It might just be time to strap one on and head down to the Tatooine Cantina to rock out.
