Mindtouch, known for their wiki enterprise solutions, is now broadening the scope to reach communities as well. With the Nexus, Mindtouch now offers a social media platform to create wiki communities and give options for enabling user-generated content for your site. The service is aimed at newspapers, online media, e-commerce, and consumer and topical sites. This operates much like a white label solution, and can currently be seen in use by the San Diego Union Tribune.
Mindtouch Nexus allows site publishers and web-based, community-oriented companies to offer more social networking components within their features.
