Gird your arteries: the Minnesota State Fair released its 2015 menu and it's dripping in double deep-fried trans fat.

The annual event, which runs Aug. 27 through Sept. 7, attracts the most attendees of any state fair in the country. And a crowd's got to eat.

This year, fairgoers can look forward to the burger dog (made from a blend of hamburger meat, hot dog, bacon, cheese, and jalapeños), the prime rib to-go (prime rib and veggies, served in a soft bread cone), and not one, but three Sriracha-infused treats. Have a sweet tooth? Try Grandma Deb's Snickers bar salad — vanilla pudding tossed with Granny Smith apples and a chopped Snickers bar, then drizzled with caramel sauce and whipped cream. And then there's the glorious mac and cheese cupcake, baked with a breadcrumb crust and frosted with Cheez Whiz. Obviously.

We dare you to sample them all.
