Who did this? Nobody gnomes.
Marcela Telehaničová, from Devon, England, recently awoke to find a mysterious army of more than 100 gnomes arranged on her front lawn. Telehaničová posted images to her Facebook on June 2, along with the caption, "OK, who the fuck has put 100 gnomes outside my front door?!?!"
Telehaničová told the Plymouth Herald that the incident was "the best, most bizarre thing that has ever happened to me." She eventually called the police because she was worried the gnomes had been stolen.
According to the paper, police removed the gnomes and contacted local garden centers, but have yet to discover who they might belong to.
"The question is whether they are stolen, or if it's a prank and someone is playing a game of gnomes," the Devon and Cornwall Police said in a statement.
