Digg competitor Mixx has a few updates for today, most of which will make active Mixx users and recent converts happy. Before I list the new feature and major announcement, let me preclude them by noting that Mixx has been differentiating itself from Digg and other Digg clones by reeking of the human element.
Some would say that this is missing from Digg, which is a reason that Mixx has happily taken up the slack. As mentioned in Stan's previous coverage of Mixx updates, the ability to push breaking content to the front of the Mixx community brought back the friendly competition that makes these sites so fun.
Staying along the lines of re-introducing the human element, Mixx has taken on another area that Digg has been tweaking in recent months: comments. Mixx users have anew option for their commentary: the ability to change your mind about something you've posted. You get 15 minutes to make any changes, or delete the comment all together. Digg has a similar feature for enhancing the true meat of Digg's community (the people's "voice"), but Mixx is also looking to use this feature as a way to promote its attitude about how users should act within the Mixx community.

That takes us to the latest Mixx announcement: some changes have been added to the TOS, all of which encourage nice behavior (a requirement for being a Super Mixxer). Here's a taste of what the new items include:
* No spam. Please.
* No conspiring to create voting rings, fake accounts, or using any other means to manipulate the rating or ranking of a submission. Doing so will get you kicked out of the Mixx immediately. And no editing the comments of any other Mixxer.
