Marriage proposals are stressful. There's the pressure of lifelong commitment, the traditions of including extended family and the unanswerable question of "What do we do if mom faceplants in the middle of the proposal?"
On the shores of Lake Michigan, this couple was about to seal the deal on getting married when the fiancee-to-be's mothers strolled into the shot, tripped on a rock and faceplanted in front of them. You'd think this would derail the proposal, but nope, the guy just goes ahead and gets on one knee while his future mother-in-law is lying in the sand and the rest of the family is screaming at her to move.
