Joe Wakim decided to pop the question to his girlfriend by editing himself into her favorite movies. The talented romantic worked himself into heart-destroying flicks like Titanic and The Notebook, and also the significantly less romantic, The Shining.

"I was mainly inspired by Billy Crystal's Academy Awards opening and some videos that Ellen did compositing herself in Titanic," Wakim said.
It took him two weeks to put the trailer together, not counting all the time spent watching the movies to pinpoint the perfect spots for his proposal. And his hard work paid off -- the day after he uploaded the video, he tweeted, "She said yes!"
