This week marks the anniversary of 50 years of Bond, James Bond. Along with an iconic cocktail preference, a lineage of beautiful women and an arsenal of amazing gadgets, the James Bond films have also given us some of the most memorable movie theme songs of the past half-century. Diamonds are forever, and that's about how long we'll remember Bond's best intro tracks.
Recently, British songstress Adele joined the ranks of Nancy Sinatra, Madonna and Paul McCartney by voicing the theme to Skyfall, the newest Bond flick. In honor of 50 years of Bond theme songs, we compiled a Spotify playlist of our favorite songs from movies for this week's Music Monday. Our playlist, like the James Bond franchise itself, spans five decades--not to mention genres and continents.
