No need for much explanation on this one - just some sweet screenshots. Netvibes is adding advanced design customization, allowing users to create their own themes using the theme creator. There are also 4 new pre-made themes available. Another new feature: wallpapers. These are applied to the background image for the header and the module area, and you can import designs straight from Twitter, MySpace or your photos on Flickr.
Like all Netvibes stuff, it's phenomenally well executed. The new features are available under "settings" (top right).
