When deputies in Curry County, New Mexico, responded to reports of a naked man behaving erratically on July 4, they found 37-year-old Jesus Tarango. He told authorities that he had been poisoned.
Footage captured by a police body camera shows Tarango stealing a deputy's car and driving off; he was later arrested by another deputy after pulling into a hospital parking lot. He faces several charges including unlawful vehicle theft and aggravated fleeing, and is being held on a $12,000 bond.
