We've got star Minnesota Timberwolves guard Ricky Rubio, who hails from Spain, giving a quick little pep talk to Russian teammate Alexey Shved. Both Rubio's message and the way he delivers it make this NBA gold.
"Alexey, change this face," he says, looking Shved soulfully in the eye. "Be happy! Enjoy it!" Whether you're in the NBA or just some regular dude or dudette, that's some brilliant advice to live by on a daily basis.
