It's Greek life deja vu in Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising.
The Neighbors sequel puts the focus on a rogue sorority that aims to throw the best parties around ... which is bad news for the couple next door (played once more by Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne), who just want to sell their house. In order to shut the sorority down, they call on ultimate frat bro Teddy Sanders -- played again by an oft-shirtless Zac Efron.

Neighbors 2 also stars Chloe Grace Moretz, Selena Gomez, Kiersey Clemons, Beanie Feldstein, Ike Barinholtz and more. It hits theaters on May 20.
