Google's Nexus 7 Comes to Europe, Australia and Japan

The latest version of Google's Nexus 7 has become available for purchase internationally.

Originally launched in the U.S. in July (it arrived in Canada a few weeks ago), the 7-inch Android tablet is now available in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Australia, Japan and South Korea.

The pricing varies by country -- it starts at a hefty £199 ($309) in the UK and €199 ($266) in Europe. In the U.S., the 16GB variant costs $229.

The Nexus 7 comes with Android 4.3 and sports a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor. It has a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution on its 7-inch screen, a 5-megapixel camera, Bluetooth 4.0, a micro USB 2.0 port and (optionally) LTE.
