The 4G version of Google's Nexus S smartphone is now available from Sprint for $199.99 with a two-year contract.
Manufactured by Samsung and branded by Google, the Nexus S 4G runs on Android 2.3, a.k.a. Gingerbread, and features a 4-inch power-saving super AMOLED touchscreen display, 1 GHz Hummingbird CPU, 16 GB of storage memory, two cameras and near-field communication capabilities.
The device is essentially the same as the T-Mobile version, but under Sprint's wing it also has a WiMAX chip, which enables fast mobile data transfer (theoretically, up to 40 megabits per second).
