This week we are on the ground in Phoenix asking NFL players some important Super Bowl predictions while they were at the NFL Shop, the biggest place in town to get your official Super Bowl team gear. Visa teamed up with NFL players like Greg Olsen (Carolina Panthers), DeAngelo Williams (Carolina Panthers), Jason McCourty (Tennessee Titans), Stevan Ridley (New England Patriots), Jake Plummer (Arizona Cardinals), Drew Stanton (Arizona Cardinals), Michael Floyd (Arizona Cardinals) and Eddie Royal (San Diego Chargers) to showcase the newest payment technology, Apple Pay, at the NFL Shop.
When they were done helping fans learn how to load their Visa on to Apple Pay, we asked these NFL greats their predictions for the big game:
Eddie Royal – San Diego Chargers
Who is going to win the Super Bowl? "Haha, your guess is as good as mine."
Super Bowl MVP Prediction: "I don't know, I've got a lot of friends on each team -- so hopefully one of them."
Michael Floyd – Arizona Cardinals
Who is going to win? "I think it's a toss up, but the Patriots. Both teams are very good, and both have great players on each side of the ball. I think it's going to go down to the wire."
Greg Olsen – Carolina Panthers
Who is going to win? "I'm gonna go with the Patriots. I think they are going to be able to match up pretty well and pull it out."
Who is your MVP Prediction? "It's always a safe bet for Brady."
Jason McCourty - Tennessee Titans
Who's going to win the big game? "I'm gonna have to go with the Patriots, for obvious reasons. Devin McCourty, my twin brother, he's gonna make a play to win the game."
What song do you want Katy Perry to play first during her halftime show? "Roar. That's the song -- I'd like to hear her play that one."
DeAngelo Williams - Carolina Panthers
Who is going to win? "Man, it doesn't matter to me. I know somebody is gonna win -- it won't be a tie."
Who's your MVP prediction? "I have no idea, the one who plays the best out of all 22 players on the field."
