Few situations in life -- even in the NFL -- require a man weighing more than 300 pounds to run as fast as he can in a straight line for 40 yards.
The annual NFL Scouting Combine is one of those situations. Pro football prospects, including massive offensive linemen, must run, lift, shuttle, jump and prove their athleticism in myriad other ways before the watchful eyes of front office personnel ahead of April's NFL Draft.

It was the offensive linemen's turn to run their 40-yard dashes on Friday morning, resulting in this most excellent "Faces of the 40" graphic the NFL tweeted out to recap the bizarre event:
