Is this the newest company trend? Some companies have free lunches, others let you cover your mug.

Working life can be stressful, with all that smiling and all those expressions. To help with this gigantic problem, a Chinese service company has implemented a "No-Face Day," where employees can wear a mask to relieve them from the stress of faking facial expressions, according to ChinaFoto Press.

In a similar vein to putting a paper bag over your head, the service company in Handan, Hebei Province, China, allowed staff to have a day off smiling to customers and chill their faces out. It's better than a cup of herbal tea.

For anonymity, many employees decided to wear the same expressionless, black-and-white mask worn by the spirit character No-Face in the Japanese animated film Spirited Away. There were also people donning the face mask preferred by the hacking group Anonymous.

Whatever helps to get you through the day.
