New Nokia Ad Has 41 MegaPixels of PureView Awesomeness

Remember that monster 41-megapixel camera on Nokia 808, revealed at this year's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona? Well, Nokia now shot a video ad entirely with that camera, and -- needless to say -- it looks really good.

The video highlights some of the phone's capabilities - besides taking really good photos and HD video, it enables you to easily share them with another Nokia device or via social networks such as Twitter.

Perhaps the most interesting feature of the camera is its pixel-perfect zooming capability. You can take photos up to three times as close, as well as shoot Full HD video clips at 30 fps and 4x zoom with no loss of detail, Nokia says.

Of course, the phone itself is a Symbian device, which will pause many wanna-be buyers, but Nokia said the camera technology will be carried over to other products, so one can always hope the next-gen Lumia will have a 41-megapixel camera as well as Apollo.
