Comedian and actor Norm Macdonald is skilled at making people laugh, but now he can add tear-jerker to his résumé.
David Letterman will be retiring from The Late Show on Wednesday, so his guests have been delivering heartwarming send-offs, honoring the legendary comedian and talk show host.
After his stand-up set on the show on Friday, Macdonald shared his very first memory of Letterman, as well as some kind words. Clearly emotional, the usually cynical Macdonald gets a bit choked up as he salutes Letterman and the two hug before ending the show.
