Jjot - An easy interface for taking notes during a meeting with a "post-it note"-inspired interface.  Choose to share your notes with a group so you can work together on a project.

Microsoft OneNote - While OneNote is a paid service, there is something comforting about staying in the Microsoft Office family of tools if that's what you know best.  This solution allows you to work online or offline.

Springnote - Springnote allows you to set up personal notebooks for those items only you need to see, or group notebooks for anytime you want to work on a project with others.  Also offers an iPhone application for easy interaction with your account while on the go.

NoteCentric - Keep all of your class notes in one centralized location, and then share them with classmates by inviting them to view the notes. You can even distribute them via an RSS feed if you so choose.
