The app, which isn't affiliated with Obama, his staff, or Change.gov, is a free (for a limited time) tool to get a general community consensus of how the world views the new administration's actions. You can view the issues, see high level approval ratings, vote in favor or against the administration's approach to an issue, see approval ratings distributed across the globe, see related tweets, tweet your take from within the app, and view Yahoo-related news on the issues in question.

I'm not overly impressed with the functionality and interface of the app, and I have to wonder whether or not the data can be used for any accurate observations, but at the very least, it's a forum for keeping up with issue-related news. Plus, if you decide to tweet your thoughts from the app, it will automatically append the hashtag #changeapp to your tweet — a genius idea from the Appible app creators to ensure you help them spread the word.

So is this app a great community tool for keeping tabs on the new administration, or a pointless app trying to profit from the popularity of the change platform? Tell us what you think in the comments.
