See Exact Moment Obama Learned of Sandy Hook Shooting

An emotional photo of President Barack Obama as he learned details of the tragic Dec. 14 shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. is among photos recently posted to the White House's Flickr page.

In the photo, Obama has his arms crossed and is looking down and away from John Brennan, his chief counterterrorism advisor, as Brennan briefs him on the situation in the Oval Office.

The caption:

"The President reacts as John Brennan briefs him on the details of the shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. The President later said during a TV interview that this was the worst day of his Presidency."
