Say it aint so, Ochocinco! One of the NFL’s biggest personalities and one of Twitter’s most engaging celebrities indicated (via tweet) this afternoon that he’ll be deleting his account on the microblogging service “due to the many rules the NFL has made.”
Presumably, the rules he is referring to are the NFL’s new social media policy, which bans tweeting before, during, and after games, by players or their representatives. The policy was updated shortly after Ochocinco announced on Ustream that he’d be flying fans to games to tweet for him while he’s on the field.
