In order to prevent complete fandom breakdowns, One Direction is kindly premiering tracks from its upcoming album, Made in the A.M., before the album's official Friday release.

Directioners are theorizing that "Love You Goodbye," the most recently unveiled track, is about Louis Tomlinson's breakup with Eleanor Calder. The couple separated after four years together -- and before the whole Louis baby thing.

The devastating track details a couple's final moments together before they say goodbye forever. Sample lyrics: "My heart's already breaking, baby, go on twist the knife."

Louis: #LoveYouGoodbye is my favourite song on the album because I feel like it's the one I put the most personal influence into me: *dead*— One Direction (@1DsUniverse) November 10, 2015

Fans are also very impressed by Tomlinson's vocals.
