For some reason, however, Apple flagged the application 17+ only due to "Frequent/Intense Mature/Suggestive Themes." If by that Apple means that you can view erotic content through the Opera browser, that's right, but you can also do so with any other web browser, including Apple's own Safari.
Opera's VP of Desktop Products Jan Standal took the news well. "I'm very concerned. Seventeen is very young, and I am not sure if, at that age, people are ready to use such an application. It's very fast, you know, and it has a lot of features. I think the download requirement should be at least 18," he jokes.
