Original Signal has launched a new Frontpage (currently in Beta) that shows the best of their initial Web 2.0 page. It is aimed at providing the best of their Web 2.0 page for those that want the best article clips.
Original Signal told us the system is people-powered, meaning that the visitors to the Original Signal aggregator page are filtering out the best content from the Web 2.0 page in order to resolve the best of the best. The variables that determine this popularity rank haven't been revealed, but presumably it tracks the number of people clicking the links.
