You may not recognize him by name name, but Oscar Niemeyer once changed the world. In the 1940s, '50s and '60s, this humble architectect from Brazil established himself as one of Modernism's greatest luminaries. His designs radically altered Brazil's global identity.

Famed art and fashion publication Visionaire and online art market Paddle8 commissioned 10 3D photographs of Niemeyer's most iconic architectural work, spanning from the 1940s through 90s in Sao Paolo, Brasilia and Rio.

The September release will coincide with the opening of the Sao Paolo Biennial. The photographs will be part of a limited-edition slide portfolio designed to accompany the new Visionaire RIO 62 issue. The edition comes packaged with a stereoscope in a lenticular case. Like a grown up version of 3D glasses, the idea is to "experience these iconic buildings via sophisticated 3D photography."
