If you use Microsoft's Outlook.com, Hotmail, Messenger or SkyDrive services, you may be experiencing some connectivity issues.
The company confirmed that it is "experiencing technical difficulties" with some of its services and that it is working on a solution.
Outlook users may experience problems accessing email or viewing all of their email messages.
Microsoft says that it will provide an update by 2:00 p.m. ET. We have reached out for details and will update you here as we find out more.
The outage doesn't appear to be consistent. I am able to access SkyDrive and Outlook from my rarely-used Outlook.com email address. With an older SkyDrive/Live.com email account, however, I have issues logging in and viewing anything in the inbox.
