San Francisco's Outside Lands is a major destination for music lovers, but the fairgrounds also offer prime real estate for small businesses looking for awareness among the festival's 65,000 attendees.

This year, Azalina added the annual festival to her to-do list. And it couldn't have come at a busier, more stressful time, with her burgeoning food truck business and Whole Foods sauce line growing, as well as the construction of her brick-and-mortar restaurant and kitchen. Outside Lands is no easy pop-up to run, nor is it risk-free, but Tim and Azalina have decided to make a go of it.

"It's basically building a small restaurant from scratch in a day," says Azalina, not one to shy away from a challenge. But as she takes in the scene from her tent, she exclaims, "How can you not get excited?!"

Outside Lands presents an amazing opportunity for brand-building and awareness, not to mention sales. To ensure success, Azalina has her game face on as she cooks for 20 hours back at her kitchen. She's a one-woman show in the kitchen, and she can't see it happening any other way.

Watch the video above to see how Azalina and Tim work to make their stint at Outside Lands a success.
