Cringe at October's Most Painful Fails [VIDEO]

While the East Coast is bogged down by Hurricane Sandy, the rest of the nation is biding their time in other ways. Now that the summer heat has gone and we're left in the thick of autumn waiting for winter, how better to spend your time than goofing off and failing painfully?
