Paramedic bride helps rescue one of her own wedding guests

This bride wasn't about to let her special day prevent her from saving lives.

Sarah Ray of Clarkesville, Tennessee was en route to her wedding reception when she realized that one of her family members had been involved in a car wreck on the way to the venue.

Ray, a paramedic with Montgomery County Emergency Medical Services, didn't hesitate to run to over to the wreckage and offer assistance, even though she was still wearing her wedding gown.

Montgomery County, Tennessee posted a photo of the dedicated newlywed on their Facebook page, with an appreciative caption:

Now that's dedication...she stopped to assist on the way from the wedding to the reception! Thank you, Sarah, for loving what you do!
