Paris Hilton has a new song called "High Off My Love" and she made a video for it.

You know what, Paris? That's fine. Most people don't want you to bubble back up into public consciousness, but there's no reason for you to accept that and wither away as a relic of Kim Kardashian's past.

This is, of course, not the socialite's first time trying to make a career for herself as a pop singer. Nearly a decade ago -- yes, a decade -- she put out an album called Paris, which makes sense. Her underrated single, "Stars Are Blind," was actually great in the sort of way that reminds you that Blondie is an excellent band and you should really put Parallel Lines on your phone.

Unfortunately, "High Off My Love" is pretty generic and the video isn't better. It's mostly just Paris Hilton in lingerie, sometimes flanked by girls in blonde wigs that are supposed to look like Paris.

The Simple Life, however, remains a modern classic.
