Parrot, the company behind the phone-controlling flying AR. Drone, has unveiled a voice-controlled device that allows drivers to focus on the road as it manages phone calls and text messages.

Called the Parrott MINIKIT Neo, the small gadget serves as an in-car virtual personal assistant. Not only can it respond to calls and texts, it also lets people know you're driving and reminds you where you parked.

It will cost $99.99 when it launches in September.

The small device attaches to the sun visor of a car and connects to two Bluetooth enabled devices at the same time. It also comes with a vibration sensor, so it senses when someone enters and exists the vehicles and powers down accordingly.

The MINIKIT Neo also has an accompanying free app for iPhone and Android devices, which allows users to locate their car, set parking meter reminders and draft auto-reply text messages.

Meanwhile, it also uses an interactive vocal service called TextFriendly in which users can listen to or compose e-mails and text messages.
