Living on a secluded island off the coast of Fiji is a dream for many. Especially if that island resembles a penis.

Some dreams do come true. The 42-acre Mavuva Island is located fewer than two miles off of the coast of Vanua Levu, Fiji's second largest island, and is currently offering plots of land.

Aside from the initial appeal of owning a home on a pecker-shaped archipelago, the island is actually quite beautiful. Lot owners catch pure Fiji rainwater and are encouraged to use solar energy as a power source. Preservation of endemic plants and animals is also required on the island.

Other perks include surfing spots, a beachfront clubhouse, restaurant, bar and hilltop location with a 360-degree view of paradise.

Multiple reports have cited that plots are available for as little as $122,000 -- a bargain, in our opinion.
