New York City's cutest costumed pets gathered at Tompkins Square Park in the East Village last weekend to kick off the countdown to Halloween. A golden retriever decked out in Big Bird feathers mingled with bulldogs in wigs and cocktail attire at the premiere event for four-legged revelers.
